Pan American Behavioral Health Services of Florida Incorporated has partnered with Hope & Help to provide free at-home HIV test kits to Florida residents that live in Orange, Osceola, Seminole or Lake County.
Qualifying participants will receive a $25 gift card for calling the confidential hotline at (407)968-3069 and reporting their results within 21 days from signing up.
